Kayleb is an experienced solicitor supporting Transitus Legal’s clients in a range of matters including wills & estates, estate planning, business law, commercial litigation and property law.

Kayleb specialises in proactive approaches to estate planning through crafting strategies to transfer inter-generational wealth in protected and tax-effective ways whilst collaborating closely with clients and their advisors to understand their estate planning goals. This allows Kayleb to develop tailored estate plans that align with the individual family dynamics and asset profiles of our clients.

Kayleb has experience in the carriage of matters in a variety of different jurisdictions, including the NSW Local, District and Supreme Courts, Federal Court and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Kayleb graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws in 2022 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in the same year.

Kayleb is currently finalising his studies in a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in both Wills and Estates & Estate Planning and is collaboratively trained in Wills & Estates.

Outside of work, Kayleb enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing throughout NSW and playing golf.
